Customer Reviews of Outstanding Providers in Birmingham AL

“Customer Service Needs Improvement”

You know the best thing about AT&T? When it works, it works better than anything, but when the connectivity goes down (as it’s prone to in my DSL dominant area), you can be sure to experience a halt in all your activities. The TV screen freezes, internet speeds suffer and phone reception quivers. I’ve had AT&T’s bundled services for over two years now. Not once did I see a satisfactory effort on part of the customer service to correct any of these occasional deficiencies. What’s worse is that I cannot find any alternative provider in my area. I guess AT&T wins in that regard.

Hannah | October 10, 2019

“Unlimited Joy”

The last provider I had didn’t give up even a single chance of throttling my bandwidth speed. Especially in the last two weeks of the month. That’s when I would be reduced to 3 -10 Mbps, which is literally NOTHING in today’s fast-paced world. When I finally had enough, a friend suggested Charter Spectrum™ to me. I’d heard about its merger before and the success it’d brought to the company, but I was sold to its motto completely when the agent assured me of its strict adherence to the NO DATA CAPS policy. Unlimited internet had a nice ring to it, and so I’ve never had to be miserly about my web usage ever since I got Spectrum for my home.
