I’ve had WOW! for a few years now and I don’t think we’ve had any outages in all this time. My experience with other providers was quite different, but I’m glad I found WOW!
By: Dale LiminI switched to WOW! for lower latency because I mostly use it for gaming. The lag is barely noticeable and I haven’t had any major problems.
I have the WOW! 1 Gig and it’s great. But the upload speed could be better. Syncing stuff with the cloud takes too much time. Can’t wait for them to upgrade it to fiber in my area.
