Who is eligible for Astound Internet First?

All new Astound customers who have one of the three Astound internet services (Grande, RCN, or Wave) available at their address and also meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for the Astound Internet First Program:

  • Enrolled in public assistance programs like the National School Lunch Program, housing assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, and others
  • Have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Income limits are based on household size
  • Have not subscribed to any Astound Broadband services for at least 60 days
