View the statement and pay your bill directly from there. Set up automatic payments or make a one-time transaction, which carries a separate processing fee. We accept payments from a checking account or a credit/debit card with VISA, Discover, American Express, or MasterCard logo.
Pay via the Mobile App:
Download our mobile app from Google Play Store or iTunes App Store for free. Sign in with your username and password. View the billing statement and clear your service dues from your mobile, no matter where you are. We accept payments from a checking account or a credit/debit card.
Pay by Phone:
Call our customer service billing number to speak with a dedicated representative. Talk your way through the payment process. Or, choose the automated phone system for a one-time bill payment. Enter your account information, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, and follow the prompts until the end. Keep an eye out for that convenience fee.
Pay by Mail:
Find the enclosed stub in your paper bill that we send to your registered home address every month and mail it along with your payment to RCN Corporation, PO Box 11816, Newark, NJ 07101-8116. Don’t mail cash, but go for a check or money order.
Pay in Store:
Visit your nearest Astound Broadband retail store to pay your service bill in person.
