Use of eero or Xumo will require your compliance with its owner’s terms and conditions such as downloading apps and providing personal information. Ownership of Devices. All equipment furnished by Mediacom, including modems, eero devices and the Xumo Stream Box, remains its property and must be returned when required. Mediacom may substitute for any branded device or service another item it believes provides similar functionality and is otherwise materially comparable.
