1-855-771-3154You are eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) if:
FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program ensures that households can get the broadband they need for school, work or more. Its benefits include:
Only one monthly service discount and one device discount is allowed per household. Not every internet company offers device discounts.
Apply NowPlace a call at Apply Now to ACP’s stellar customer support. The company will leave no stone unturned in helping you fill out your application.
ACP provides a fill-in PDF that you can use and then mail to the appropriate address to apply for the program.
You may be eligible for a device discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer from a participating provider if you contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the price. This discount is separate from the regular monthly discount but be wary that only one device per household may get it.
ACP recipients have the option of switching their internet companies or plans once a month. They can get supported internet service despite their credit status, due balance, or past debt. No provider can force them to sign up for lower quality or more expensive plans should they choose to apply for the ACP benefit. Additionally, recipients of this program can get dedicated FCC support in case the providers are unresponsive.
The USAC or your internet provider will annually check your status for the ACP grant. If, for any reason, you stop being qualified, the company will send you a written letter through the mail. You’ll have 60 days to respond and recertify in order to continue receiving the benefit.
